People who work on computers for long hours generally complain of eye straining & drying away. IT professionals take care of their health through various exercies but there is still lack of awareness about saving eyes from straining. There is an exercie which can help professionals to work out eyes & you needn't move from your chair even.
Step 1: Take your eyes away from the computer monitor and look anything that is placed around the monitor, like the logo of the computer manufacturer, your mobile placed near the monitor or the keyboard of your colleague sitting near you for about 20 seconds.
Step 2: Now, move your vision to a distant object. The more far it is from you, the more it's beneficial and look at it for about 20 seconds again.
Step 3: Start working again!!!
Repeat this exercise 3-4 times a day and the problem of eye strainging & eyes drying away will be minimized.
